. By placing an order with VRRISHTI, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


  • All products are carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch.
  • All orders are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–5 working days, depending on location and courier partner.
  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or handcrafted nature of products. These are not considered defects.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed and dispatched.
  • In case of a damaged or faulty product, a clear product opening / unboxing video is mandatory (recorded from start to finish, without cuts).
  • The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery for the issue to be considered.
  • Any claim without an opening video will not be accepted.
  • Once a claim is approved after verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • VRRISHTI reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
