Return & Refund Policy

At VRRISHTI, every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We currently do not offer returns or refunds on any products once an order has been placed and dispatched.

However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please note:

• An unboxing / product opening video is mandatory (recorded from start to finish without any cuts).
• The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Requests without a valid opening video will not be considered.

Once verified by our team, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
